Refund Policy

We offer free exchanges only and do not provide refunds. If customers wish to change the size or design, we accommodate those requests. Design exchanges can be done only within the same price range. 

The first size exchange is free; however, if customers want to exchange designs, the shipping charges will be borne by them.

All exchange and return-related issues are addressed only through our Customer Support number, NOT through Support Mail. 

We also offer replacements if an item received is misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost in transit. In such cases, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will get in touch with you immediately. Note that your issue must be supported with a video. In these cases, we will send you a free replacement or a 100% coupon code of the total value of your order, whichever you prefer. Our returns policy does not allow direct monetary refunds.

We will not be responsible if you do not follow the wash care guide and the print gets washed off or faded. Please refer to the wash care instructions mentioned in the product descriptions.

All items are inspected thoroughly before an exchange is processed. Items found to be worn, used, or unsellable will be rejected and returned to you.

If you receive a faulty item or want exchange (Size/Design) please let us know via call  within 2 days of the order being delivered, as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact us at 83684-33006 for assistance.

We cannot accept exchanges on mystery products, clearance zone products, sale items, or gift cards.

Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

If a paid order is marked as RTO, we will reship it again for the customer. If the customer fails to accept it the second time, no refund will be provided.
